Deaf and Blind Students Frozen Out of 2017 St. Augustine Beach "Music by the Sea" Concerts

St. Augustine Beach Civic Association (SABCA) President WILLIAM JONES never invited a band composed Florida School for the Deaf and Blind students to perform at SABCA's annual "Music by the Sea" Concerts this year.
"They never called us," an FSDB e-mail documents.
Source: FSDB documents obtained pursuant to Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution.
How gauche and louche of JONES to leave the School and its deaf and blind students (and their families and teachers) in the dark.
FSDB students are beloved in our community.
How horrible of JONES to show such disdain and disrespect for blind students and their band, "OUTTA SIGHT."
May the FSDB, students and parents grow to forgive JONES.
May JONES -- a supervisor working for Sheriff DAVID SHOAR -- vacate his materially false and misleading statements about "budget cuts."
SABCA must invite the group or be seen as invidiously discriminatory in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act for failing to invite a group that has performed for years.
