May 17th At Florida Election Commission: St. Augustine Beach Mayor RICHARD O'BRIEN CONSENT ORDER ON CAMPAIGN TRICKERY

St. Augustine Beach Mayor RICHARD BURTT O'BRIEN's controversial mailer resulted in ethics complaint false advertising as "Republican's Choice" (also misusing police car images for political purposes).

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, the Florida Election Commission will consider a "consent order" with controversial St. Augustine Beach Mayor RICHARD O'BRIEN, resolving a complaint made against him by Dr. Michel S. Pawlowski, D.Sci. Hearing starts at 10:30 at 555 West Pensacola, Conference Room 214, in Tallahassee.

The Florida Elections Commission Notice of Hearing states no member of the public may speak, not even Dr. Pawlowski, who filed the complaint against O'BRIEN over this campaign flyer for false advertising, with O'BRIEN identifying himself as "Republican's Choice," the ad used St. Augustine Beach police cars as a prop. In fact, Rosetta Bailey had the endorsement of St. Johns County Republicans against O'Brien.

Dr. Pawlowski is the father of St. Augustine Beach Mayor Undine Pawlowski George, married to former St. Augustine Beach Mayor Edward George.
