St. Johns County Commissioner JAMES KENNETH JOHNS lives in the Fourth Congressional District but says he owns a condo in the Sixth District.

Is he an opportunistic carpet bagger?

The SCOTT-appointed, TRUMP-loving, developer-puppet engineer may have to resign to run as a result of the Florida Senate passing SB 186, sponsored by Senator Travis Hutson (R-Hutson companies).
