On May 31, 2018, WILLIAM ANTHONY McCLURE a/k/a "BILL McCLURE" (BM) wrote a check to his mayoral campaign for $20,000. Whose money? Proceeds from illegal activities at alleged Medicaid mill raided in 2014?
