With a materially false and misleading change.org petition, local blogger MICHAEL GOLD continues his abusive intimidation and harassment of Commissioners and Confederate Memorial ContextualiZAtion Committee members, with a misleading petition claiming that the contextualization is "desecrating" the 1873/1879 monument.

Earlier, chauvinistic GOLD attacked Prof. J. Michael Butler as the designated javelin catcher for the seven person committee.
