The City of St. Augustine Beach has an annual Veterans' Day event, marred every year by blocking disabled parking spaces and covering signs, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. These are federal laws, and there are also state laws, all disrespected by ineffectual St. Augustine Beach City "Manager" BRUCE MAX ROYLE.
Where ADA is concerned, the City of St. Augustine Beach is a lawbreaker. Here's what Justice Louis Brandeis said about government lawbreakers:

Four out of five Commissioners attended -- Mayor Undine George, Vice Mayor Margaret England, Maggie Kostka and Donald Samora. Disgraced ex-Mayor RICHARD BURTT O'BRIEN did not attend -- O'BRIEN hardly ever attends City events.
