GAO and USDOJ OIG to Scrutinize St. Johns County Sheriff David Shoar

I am looking forward to the Comptroller General of the United States, his staff at the Government Accountability Office, the Inspector General of the U.S. Department and his staff taking action concurring the unseemly $2 million FBI Memorandum of Understanding with St. Johns County Sheriff David Shoar, who legally changed his surname from "HOAR" in 1994.

Looks like the MOU is illegal.
