Flagler College Finally Admits That Chancellor WILLIAM LEE PROCTOR Has Retired

On July 16, 2020, Flagler College, Inc. finally admitted that WILLIAM LEE PROCTOR, longtime President and Chancellor, retired, reported on this blog May 17, 2020. At the time, Flagler College refused comment.

Chancellor and Title IX Coordinator WILIAM LEE PROCTOR allegedly covered up and retaliated against Dr. Tina Jaeckle's protected Title IX concerns sexual harassment of students by Joel Bolante, former UnderSheriff and head of a public administration program for law enforcement. https://cleanupcityofstaugustine.blogspot.com/2020/05/jaeckle-v-flagler-college-inc-second.html

PROCTOR's reputation is as the meanest man in St. Augustine, Florida. He closed the Spanish Garden after artists and musicians performed there, erecting gates and a wall, closing it all but one day a year, leaving the sculpture of Queen Isabella beyond the view of residents and visitors. In an interview with Judith and Anthony Serpahin, WILLIAM LEE PROCtOR once told me he closed it to exclude "drug dealers." What a liar.

One day, perhaps the name of the PROCTOR LIBRARY will be changed in light of his record, which will be exposed in a 2021 federal court trial in Dr. Tina Jaeckle v. Flagler College, Inc.

Now that "MASSA" PROCTOR is gone, will Flagler College preserve and protect academic freedom and recognize collective bargaining units for FC employees?
