Dodgy Clay County Beacon, not registered with Florida Secretary of State, asks, "Y'all ready to secede yet?"
When I asked who owned it, CCB responded, "Why do you ask?"
When I pointed out that secession is illegal, CCB responded, "only if you get caught."
Last year, CCB suggested reviving tarring and feathering.
