"I hate government," Saith Saint Johns County Administrator HUNTER SINCLAIR CONRAD, a/k/a "CHURCH LADY"

An empty suit, an unqualified Dull Republican political patronage hire, controversial St. Johns County HUNTER SINCLAIR CONRAD tells county citizens, "I hate government."  

Has HUNTER CONRAD demonstrated his unfitness for public office by disrespecting citizens and:

1. Sneakly presiding over unconstitutional, discriminatory "viewpoint discrimination" rejection of County Commission proclamations on GLBTQIA rights and worker rights (Worker Memorial Day), in violation of Sunshine and Open Records laws and First, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments.?
2. Hiring division directors without proper notice to the public that he would ask Commissioners for their legally-required vote of approval (hiring Emergency Operations, Public Works and Public Affairs directors in violation of EEO Laws?
3. Holding a May 24-26 budget hearing workshop in distant, inconvenient location, without a microphone or public address system, making it difficult to hear mumbling Commissioners and staff?
4. Accosting me May 24, 2021, stating "I don't have to answer your questions?"
5. Asking me a bizarre question in the men's room at the Agricultural Center during a recess of the May 24, 2021 budget workshop hearing, snootily asking if I were "ever happy?" (I replied, "Always."  Then, to reinforce his smarmy smug sense of superiority, he sua sponte informed me that he is "happily married" with "wonderful children.")
6. Taking $8000 in campaign contributions from government contractor, which a federal grand jury in Chicago found was intended as a bribe?
7. Accepting appointment on November 19, 2019 as County Administrator Ad Interim without disclosing the Chicago indictment, naming him as "Clerk 1"?
8. Accepted appointment in January 2020 as permanent County Administrator Ad Interim without disclosing the Chicago indictment, naming him as "Clerk 1"?
9. Personally leading sectarian prayers every day of the budget hearing and many other occasions, inflicting his religious beliefs on County employees and citizens?  
10. Practicing hypocrisy, " the compliment that vice pays to virtue," in affecting Christianity while continuing bigoted Business as Usual in corrupt St. Johns County government?

My mother explained to me the difference between "religion" and "religiosity." 

Jesus taught us to pray privately, giving the example of a rich man who prayed publicly as performance art. 

In Asia, people who affect religion for pecuniary reasons are called "rice Christians."

Is CONRAD not unlike a hick hack St. Johns County version of Jerry Falwell, Jr. -- like Falwell, Jr. the privileged scion of a right-wing church that wields political power -- HUNTER SINCLAIR CONRAD wants to run for Congress someday.  

I suggest he resign to pursue that calling, and stop mucking up our rights in St. Johns County,
