ORDER
This case is before the Court on Plaintiff Sara Bloomberg’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order or Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 4). No later than June 10, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., Plaintiff shall file a proposed order as well as a memorandum of law containing citations to legal authority that supports the requested relief, consistent with Local Rules 6.01 and 6.02.
The Court is not inclined to proceed in this matter without notice to Defendants St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners and Jeremiah Blocker. Accordingly, counsel for Plaintiff shall forthwith serve by email and / or next day mail a copy of this Order, the motion for preliminary injunction

(Doc. 4), and the Complaint (Doc. 1) on Defendants, their attorney(s) if known, and any staff counsel that has been handling this matter. Counsel for Plaintiff shall promptly file a certificate to acknowledge this service. Because Defendants will be notified and provided with the opportunity to respond, Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order or Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 4) is DENIED in part, to the extent that it requests a temporary restraining order, but remains pending as to the request for a preliminary injunction. Defendants should respond to the motion no later than June 17, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., consistent with Local Rule 6.02(c).
The Court will hear the motion for preliminary injunction at a hearing set for June 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. before the undersigned in the United States Courthouse, Courtroom 10D, 300 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida.1Attorney(s) for Defendants should forthwith file a notice of appearance and confirmation of attendance at the June 22, 2021 hearing.
1 All persons entering the Courthouse must present photo identification to Court Security Officers. Although cell phones, laptop computers, and similar electronic devices are not generally allowed in the building, counsel are permitted to bring those items with them upon presentation to Court Security Officers of a Florida Bar card or Order of special admission pro hac vice.
