"The King Will Remain A Tyrant"

In the great American musical play and movie, 1776, Continental Congress members considering the Declaration of Indepenndence carve up Thomas Jefferson's draft. Some of the edits are minor (jury trial denials in Delaware), and some monumental (Jefferson wanted to tag the king with the slave trade).  The draft is amended after discussion and song. But Jefferson draws the line at the notion of not calling King George III a "tyrant."  (See video clip).

As summarized by John Hancock, in the Declaration of Independence, "The king will remain a tyrant."

I was reminded of tbat movie and those lines when a radical authoritarian manical jerk of an Planning and Zoning Board Chairman threatened me and interrupted me for referring to an anti-LGBTQIA+ Pride Month proclmation "hate letter" as a "hate letter." That hate letter was published by his fellow Republican, SJC REC Chair ROY ALAIMO, JR, the outgoing PZA Vice Chair (and past PZA Chair), who sells menus for David Dobbs Enterprises as a VP.

Apparently ashamed of the hate letter, the St. Augustine Record never bothered putting it on its website. I've left word for ROY ALAIMO, JR. for an electronic copy of his hate letter. No response. I retain a paper copy, evidence of the immoral prejudiced nature of SJC REC, which practices hypocrisy.

Note to St. Johns County burghers and goobers": I don't need tyrants to tell me how to talk. In the words of Watergate Committee Chairman, Sam J. Ervin, Jr. (D-N.C.), "English is my mother tongue."

I say what I mean and mean what I say. I've been doing it for four decades.

In the Declaration of Independence, our Founders stated of King George, III, "He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people."

Yes, since 1776, we have a right to "oppose with manly firmness" government officials "invasions on. the rights of the people."

We oppose "with manly firmness" illegal hiring and firing decisions without proper notice; eliminating non-agenda public comment by moving it to the end of meetings; refusing to answer questions or provide information on the budget; interrupting public comment speakers with inanities and heckling; and failing to comply with EEO and Open Records laws.

The next time some creepy, kinky, kooky, cocky, cockamamie, Trump-loving, insurrectionist-sympathizing Tinpot Napoleon bore interrupts or refuses to answer citizens' questions, or refuses to provide documents, or violates rights and obstructs public participation, watch this space. Certain narrow-,mnded monochromatic mendacioous members of the Smirky Turkey Society (STS) and their current illegally-hired developer-puppet St. Johns County Administrator,

Developer lapdog HUNTER SINCLAIR CONRAD ("Church Lady"), Commission Chairman JEREMIAH RAY BLOCKER, a/k/a "Hoss," et al. are all reminded of the potential for liability and that civil, criminal and administrative investigations may follow, including professional license complaints and 1964 Civil Rights Act Title VI investigations under the Biden Administration, which takes civil rights violations seriosuly.

Our American Founders and succeeding generations have fought and many died for our freedoms. My father machine-gunned Nazis in Normandy, Sicily and North Africa to help secure my rights, and everyone's rights.

That includes LGBTQIA+ rights to equal treatment in St. Joh s County.

That includes my right to call out juvenile janisseraies, devious developer toadies, arachnid authoritarian apparatchiks and other-directed, robotic, radical Republican life forms masquerading as public servants.

It was, at best facetious, for martinet St. Johns County Commission Chairman BLOCKER to invoke Independence Day in his Commissioner comments June 15, 2021.

BLOCKER needs to go back to a real law school for re-treading, because he shows lack of respect for the values in our Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.

Will the wanna-be Republican Lord of All He Surveys "remain a tyrant?"

Is he capable of self-insight and correction?

Will he honor his oath?

You tell me.
