St. Johns County Commission needs to restore confidence by restoring non-agenda public comment at the beginning of meetings and by restoring public comment by telephone.
Commission. has violated the First, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments by requiring people to wait around for hours, as Chairman JEREMIAH BLOCKER has done for non-agenda public comment for several months now. Several Marsh Creek residents from Ponte Vedra were kept waiting for seven (7) hours today before imperious BLOCKER allowed non-agenda public comment,.
