Workforce? There's no jobs paying a living wage in the whole entire town besides doctor and lawyer. Affordable housing? Like what, normal rent $2,500 a month, affordable housing $2,300 a month? Need rent controls for Christ sakes, it would do the town a favor. Also, gonna take until 2026 for $15 an hour minimum wage laws to take effect. People have been getting fked for decades. Gonna need euthanasia clinics if prices continue to rise..all thanks to the GOP "come live in Florida" grift. They gonna make some money off other hogs until Florida prices match where they left! This is how Republicans come up. They're gd parasites.
