ANNALS OF DeSANTISTAN: DeSantis Finds a New Set of Laws to Ignore (NY Times, June 12, 2023)

Just follow the money! (as Washington Post reporter was told by Hal Holbrook character said in this scene from the Watergate movie, All the President's Men (playing the confidential source, FBI Assistant Director Mark Felt ).

"Cui bono?" (who benefits?")  That's the question I learned to ask from my mentor, the late Nahum Litt, Chief Administrative Law Judge of the United States Department of Labor.

Is Florida Governor RONALD DION DeSANTIS money-laundering more than $80,000,000 from his personal state PAC's money into a federal PAC that is supposedly "independent?"

What rough beast slouches toward Washington, D.C., waiting to be cruel?  (Thank you, poet.)

Our bumptious bully of a boorish Boy Governor, our nascent Presidential candidate, our AWOL performative Fox News boosted former Congressman from St. Johns County  has now distinguished himself with more than eighty 80 million reasons to vote against him if he's ever on a ballot, anywhere, even for mosquito control.

DeSANTIS has converted more than $80,000,000 in excess state PAC money into federal PAC money.

Doesn't that sound like money-laundering to you?

The dishonest and intellectually devastated conservative movement grinds on. It's like living in a zoo.
