Popular downtown St. Augustine restaurant closing. (Jacksonville Business Journal)

The Preserved Restaurant property is owned by controversial Pennsylvania lawyer-developer DAVID BARTON CORNEAL.

Working with then-Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR. as his advisor, DAVID BARTON CORNEAL bought the Dow Museum of Historic Homes from the  Daytona Museum in 2014, turning eight historic homes into a hotel for rich guys, while destroying Carpenter's House based on false testimony so he could install a pool.

Sorry the restaurant closed. Heard it had great food.

But their lousy louche landlord, DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, has experienced karma.
