AMAZINGLY, DONALD JOHN TRUMP LAWYERS WAIVED HIS RIGHT TO CIVIL JURY TRIAL

As a second semester 1L in Memphis, in legal writing, in 1984, one of our first assignments was to research jury trial waivers by lawyers not asking for jury trials in civil cases. 

Prof. Barbara Kritchevsky was our legal writing professor; she is now U. of Memphis Law School Director of Advocacy.
