    People should also be challenging the 4th Amendment being non-existent as far as collection and review of Americans private data in mass. A fine example of broken democracy when efforts to do so are bipartisan and an overwhelming majority of Americans agree that the government shouldn't do things like that. And bills to curb abuses take decades or they're shot down by the same branch of government that commits the abuses. And it's usually the executive that is abusive regardless of who is in charge. The legislative branch is slow and the judiciary does a half ass job every time.
