August 17, 1790 letter from George Washington condemned bigotry

Our Nation was founded by liberals, and they said so. No one defends NICOLE CRANBERG CROSBY's illiberal bigoted advertising attacking Commissioner Isaac Henry Dean for supporting Gay Pride, complete with a rude, crude Photoshop(R) manufactured photo of Commissioner Dean with a Rainbow flag.

Former Madison Avenue advertising genius NICOLE CROSBY of DOYLE DANE BERNBACH International advertising oligopolist has no defense to her unAmerican advertising techniques, which crossed a line by abusing anti-LGBTQ+ prejudice to elect "her" candidate ANN TAYLOR by stating that Commissioner Dean supports Gay Pride.

I do too.  Americans have rejected bigotry, except for a few misguided souls whom NICOLE CROSBY attempted to empower with shameful anti-Gay bigotry, just to "win" an election.

As President George Washington wrote to the Jewish congregation in Newport, Rhode Island on August 17, 1790:

The Citizens of the United States of America have a right to applaud themselves for giving to Mankind examples of an enlarged and liberal policy: a policy worthy of imitation. All possess alike liberty of conscience and immunities of citizenship. It is now no more that toleration is spoken of, as if it was by the indulgence of one class of people that another enjoyed the exercise of their inherent natural rights. For happily the Government of the United States, which gives to bigotry no sanction, to persecution no assistance, requires only that they who live under its protection, should demean themselves as good citizens.

Ask any bigot about their religious affiliation and they will tell you. Take a survey..see how many so called religious people are bigots compared to people unaffiliated. The "saved" and "forgiven" narrative only absolves them from guilt. This is a socially destructive ideology and feeds authoritarian movements.
