I received a 1.5 page snail mail letter from County Attorney's office, enclosing a four page letter from AGRIHOOD's counsel. County Attorney breached duty of candor, not including the entire package. See my e-mail to County Attorney:
Dear Messrs Ross and Komando:
1. Applicant AGRIHOOD's coounsel, Mr. Zachary Watson Miller, just informed me (below) that he actually provided much more information than you provided me. Our County Attorney once withheld information from me.
2. You owe a duty of candor to Judge Traynor (our Special Magistrate), to our five County Commissioners,and to all of our citizens.
3. Please honor your oaths, from this day forward.
4. Please honor my several requests for a dedicated website on this hearing, with all materials..
5. Please cease and desist from ever again withholding information from citizens.
6. We have a constitutional Right to Know, established beyond peradvernture in Article I, Section 24 of our Florida Constitution, adopted by 3.8 million votes in 1992 (83%).
7. As James Madison wrote, "A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or perhaps both. Knowlege will for ever govern ignorance: and a people who mean to be their own Governours, must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives."
8. Would you please be so kind as to request that our Florida Attorney General Special Counsel for Open Patricia Gleason to arrange for remedial Open Records and Sunshine law training for all St. Johns County and other local government lawyers, staff and elected officials, instanter?

First off, good evening. It is always (sic) wonderful to hear from you. I greatly appreciate your thoughtful and scholarly legal analysis.
To that end I believe you are referring to the cover letter dated November 18, 2024. I also mailed a larger document the same day. As the full document was over 23 mbs, it could not be emailed. This was also digitally provided to Judge Traynor via a FTP server when he graciously accepted the position of special magistrate. If you have access to such a server I’m more than happy to provide it to you. The majority of the materials are the same as were contained in the staff report for the November 5, 2024 BOCC meeting which I believe are still on the County website.

No obligation to answer that email since you defamed Komando and even went so far as to insult democracy because you didn't get your way. Mob rule is not the way things are done in the USA.
The only "mob" is organized crime. Foreign investment and money-laundering in SJC require criminal, civil and administrative investigation. As the late great U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Pete, if it's an "insult" to to Democracy for Ed to object to the outcome of a vote because he didn't get his way, as you put it, then how are you not insulting Democracy every time you object to the election of Trump or DeSantis because you didn't get your way?
