Dear Chair Gardner and Commissioners,
1. Would you please help me to understand why our Anastasia Mosquito Control Commissioners of St. Johns County did not wait a few minutes on October 9, 2025 for the arrival of Commissioner Anthony Timis, who telephoned to let the Board know that his arrival was slightly, unavoidably delayed due to an automobile wreck on I-95?
2. Would you please help me to understand why our AMCD voted to cancel our November meeting before Commissioner Anthony Temis arrived to talk about it?
3. Please revise our policies and procedures re: the reasonable expectations of probity, comity and courtesy, both to Board members and citizens.
