BRADLEY, and County Commissioners SARAH ARNOLD and CHRISTIAN WHITEURST and then Senator-developer TRAVIS JAMES HUTSON, who now works for the St. Johns County Clerk of Courts.

For three (3) years, our St. Johns County Administrator, Ms. JUNYAO "JOY" ANDREWS, and our St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, employed Mr. ADAM JOSEPH TECLER as their "Chief Lobbyist." Please see the December 4, 2024 Facebook post by Mr. Wayne Larson, St. Johns County Public Affairs Director, using that title.
2. Mr. ADAM JOSEPH TECLER apparently never registered as a lobbyist. Compare, F.S. 11.045.
