Here's my response:

Dear Messrs. Regan and Burchfield:
1. Thank you for your report, which is irrefragable, on the dangerous, illegal, unpermitted destruction of our precious 210-year old Don Pedro Fernell House on September 25, 2014, a date that will live in infamy.
2. Our City Manager must now ask our federal and state law enforcement to investigate LEN WEEKS CONSTRUCTION and CLAUDE LEONARD WEEKS, JR. based upon City of St. Augustine's October 3, 2014 "Procedural review of building collapse at 62-A Spanish street"
3. Please refer and transmit our City's report to OSHA, FBI, U.S. Attorney and Florida authorities. F.R.Ev. 803(8); F.S 90.803(8).
