Civility.
On the agenda as item 11A (no public comment scheduled, unlike in the City of St. Augustine Beach and St. Johns County, where We, the People, get to speak on very item, including discussion items and consent agenda and everything else, as is our right.
Who asked that "Civility" be put on the agenda?
NANCY SIKES-KLINE.
NANCY SIKES-KLINE, the Commissioner who works for land planner KAREN TAYLOR, and has not yet answered which clients she's assisted.
NANCY SIKES-KLINE, who requested the University of Florida "Opinion Paper" that interviewed only her, the developer, his project manager, and City Manager on the DOW PUD.
NANCY SIKES-KLINE, the Commissioner allegedly posts anonymous hate speech, subject of an ethics complaint by Thomas F. Reynolds, Jr. with the Florida Ethics Commission.
In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!
