Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR Endorses Governor Richard Scott for Re-Election

40 Florida Sheriffs have endorsed Governor Richard Scott, including St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, subject of critical New York Times, PBS Frontline and NBC News Dateline investigations concerning the September 2, 2010 death of Michelle O'Connell, a Sheriff's deputy's girlfriend shot with the deputy's semi-automatic service pistol. The deputy is now on the St. Johns County Sheriff's SWAT Team. Sheriff SHOAR was appointed by Governor Scott to the Florida Criminal Justice Standards Training COmmission, as was SHOAR aide WILLIAM BRUCE HARRISS, former St. Augustine City Manager, who is serving as the sole "Citizen" member of the SJSTC, even though he is an employee of SJCSO, operating SHOAR's St. Johns County Sheriff's Office Four Star Association, Inc. Can you say corrupt?
