In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!

No Quorum for City Visioning Committee, Meeting Continues on May 18, 2015
St. Augustine City Manager John Patrick Regan, P.E. responded correctly today (May 4th) to my text message by pointing out that the St. Augustine City Visioning Committee lacks a quorum.
Only six members of fifteen were present.
The other members were elsewhere -- only 40% attendance.
The Visioning COmmittee Chairman, Roxanne Horvath, is still somewhere in Spain.
The other members are apathetic.
The Visioning Committee has failed to attract a quorum of its own members for what was to have been its final meeting.
Pitiful.
