ASHLEY MADISON® : No Response From Local Governments to Open Records Request No. 2015-294-- Wonder Why?

The Ashley Madison ® hack resulted in tens of thousands of  government officials worldwide as being outed as wanting heterosexual affairs and using official e-email to pursue them.
There were 15,000 with .gov or . mil web addresses -- federal employees.
Some work at the White House, Pentagon and Congress.
Some work for the State of Georgia.
Some may work for local governments.
There is no privilege for such misuse of government computers -- thanks to my mentor, retired U.S. Department of Labor Chief Judge Nahum Litt, there is no privacy right of a Florida government employee in misuse of government computers or telephones, or to charge for redactions.  See Bill of Rights, Inc. v. City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
We have a Right to Know how promiscuous those St. Augustine and St. Johns County officials are in using our computers to look for "strange."
It's our money.
But we are still waiting for a response to our Open Records Request No. 2015-294.
Other than one reasonable question about the time frame, from Board of County Commissioners' counsel, there has been no substantive response from any of our local government offices, including two cities, one town, county government, School Board, Sheriff, Tax Collector, Clerk of Courts, Property Appraiser, Election Supervisor, and Airport Authority.
Wonder why?
How many dull,  conservative"Family Values" Republicans in St. Johns County -- including high-profile homophobes belonging to the "Christian Marketplace" -- or working for or elected to local boards -- have used official e-mail for heterosexual affairs and hookup attempts?
I am shocked, shocked at the lack of response.
Here's the only response: I told them five years, or since Ashley Madison®  has existed.
What do y'all reckon?
