Former USDOL Chief Judge Nahum Litt Beats City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida on Open Records Access

My mentor, former USDOL Chief Judge Nahum Litt, and his "Bill of Rights, Inc.," have defeated the City of New Smyrna Beach on an Open Records lawsuit. See below.

Judge Litt inspires me to hold governments accountable, just as my other mentors have done over the years. Will someone need to sue the Administrative Conference of the United States to compel it to open its Council meetings to the public? What do you reckon?

In the immortal words of patriot Patrick Henry in the Virginia House of Burgesses:

"Caesar had his Brutus, Charles the First his Cromwell; and George the Third — may profit by their example. If this be treason, make the most of it."
Speech on the Stamp Act, Virginia House of Burgesses (29 May 1765).
