A federal judge will hear oral arguments on August 21, 2015 on Bates v. City of St. Augustine.
Prediction: We, the People will win.
But as to county parks, County Commissioners already decided that issue on August 4, 2015 (Bill Rosenstock Day).

In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!
