The picture below shows (roughly) the Flagler College footprint in downtown St Augustine. These are just properties owned by Flagler College Inc. Properties held by Flagler owned LLC's, if any, are not shown.
Pretty clear why the college was so eager to get dorms added as a use by exception in the CL-1 on the north end of Lincolnville. Also shows the post office almost surrounded by college owned properties.
