Attorney Mydock Leaves State's Attorney's Office

Attorney Travis Mydock has left for more ethical employment.  Mr. Mydock is now an attorney with Patrick Canan's law office.  Mr. Mydock was the conflicted prosecutor with the State's Attorney's office in the bizarre case of Sheriff DAVID SHOAR's abusive, retaliatory, lawbreaking 2015 medical marijuana raid, State of Florida v. Scott & Marsha Yandell, pled down from false felony charges to probation,

On November 2, 2015, embarrassed 2009 UF law graduate Travis Mydock (licensed in Florida and Hawai'i)(below) candidly told Circuit Court Judge J. Robert Traynor, "there's no telling what our strategy's going to be at trial, Judge."  The only strategy was to drop a retaliatory medical marijuana case brought by our corrupt Sheriff, DAVID BERNERD SHOAR f/k/a "HOAR."
