Rebarbative reprobate St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID SHOAR, f/k/a "HOAR" (R-HUTSON COMPANIES)(2004-2016) has his minions out campaigning for himself, and others, in uniform, in their official vehicles, on your dime, on our time. Enough. I sent two Open Records requests to Sheriff SHOAR on May 12, 2016.
No response.
Does Sheriff SHOAR wish to invoke the Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination?
Is he inarticulate?
What ails him?
Florida Hatch Act violations are criminal misdemeanors under Florida law and will be investigated by the Florida Election Commission and other staten and federal agencies.
