CYA C.P.A. Blocks Audit?

Running away from fiduciary duty?
C.P.A. Todd Neville, St. Augustine City Commissioner, is blocking a 450th audit with flummery and PR advice to City Hall and embattled City Manager JOHN PATRICK REGAN, P.E., who is Neville's friend.
Neville is a walking conflict of interest with ties to the wrongdoers and status quo:
1. Republican Campaign treasurer for Flagler College Chancellor WILLIAM L. PROCTOR, longtime state representative.
2. Accounting partner of City Finance Director MEREDITH BREIDENSTEIN's spouse.
3. Wedding officiant was ex-Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, Jr.
4. Wife HEATHER NEVILLE is city delegate to Northeast Florida Transportation Planning Organization.
