No rain dates for "Celebrate 450!"

There's an impressive lineup of talent for five outdoor stages for September 4-6, 2015 for "Celebrate 450!"  But no rain dates: the answer is "NO."  In haec verba.  No alternate rain venues.  I suggested the City line up the Amphitheater, just in case.  No response.  No explanation.  Why?
