Subject: Request No. 2023-61: DAVID B. SHOAR f/k/a "DAVID HOAR" -- FCJSTC Status, smoking marijuana while driving wearing two (2) guns
CAUTION: This email originated outside of FDLE. Please use caution when opening attachments, clicking links, or responding to this email. |
Dear Ms. Yates:
1. Would you please be so kind as to send me PDF(s) of the document(s) reflecting the current FCJSTC status, if any, of former St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID SHOAR, 2005-2021, who legally changed his name from "HOAR" IN 1994?
2. Please associate with the appropriate FDLE or FCJSTC files the SABPD documents and news articles about SHOAR's December 15, 2023 8:50 PM encounter with five (5) local police officers, who issued no traffic or other tickets after SHOAR was caught, wearing two (2) guns, running a red light while smoking marijuana, with loose pieces of marijuana and three (3) joints found in his red Ford Explorer SUV?
3. Did SHOAR or one or more of his associates post certain pejorative, homophobic, threatening or insulting comments on social media in retaliation for First Amendment protected activity? See, e.g., their comments below the articles at https://cleanupcityofstaugustine.blogspot.com/2023/12/ex-sheriff-david-shoar-ran-red-light.html
4. Please send me a copy of any notice of hearing, statement of reasons or other documents issued to SHOAR about his FCJSTC status, 2023-2024.
5. Please notify me whenever any discipline or certification revocation is proposed or imposed re: SHOAR.
Thank you.
With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Ed Slavin

I'm retired and I don't have to be your role model anymore Slavin. Also, I don't need your permission to make money. I'm not being paid with your tax dollars. It's none of your business. Get a life Slavin.
Long live King David. Tea Party Ed thinks these people should be working for free. Cities the effects on poor people as an excuse to vote down taxes as the hogs and tourists spend it up.. leave their money in as few hands as possible. That's not progress.
