Speculators in St. Augustine Are 21st Century Pirates

Our town is being ruined by greedy speculators, manyof them limited liability companies (LLCs) that St. Augustine and St. Johns County do not require to disclose their owners. The effects in the historic community of Lincolnville are appalling and dangerous. See Tony Seraphin's letter (below). Foreign investors, including those from India, Korea and Australia, are uglifying our town and county. The answer is the proposed St. Augustine National Historical Park, National Seashore and National Scenic Coastal Highway (See below). It's time to stop the madness and work to preserve, protect and defend our community in time for the 450th birthday of St. Augustine (2015) and 500th birthday of Florida (2013).
