My friend Stetson Kennedy announced he was going to perform a citizen's arrest of this hater for this planned hate crime on the basis it was inciting to riot and other crimes. Stetson Kennedy infiltrated the KKK and his stand against this KKK-style "church" helped halt the hate crimes that wuuld have given aid and comfort too our enemies in Al Qaeda and the Taliban.
Thank God for the Stetson Kennedys of the world -- we need more like him -- people who are not afraid of their shadows, people who stand up to oppression, people who don't cower to power. There is a word for such courageous people ---- "Americans."
Fifty cheers for Stetson Kennedy, one of Florida's civil rights heroes, who celebrates his 94th birthday next month.
