Reading today's St Augustine WReckKord article about Sheriff DAVID B. SHOAR's inept response to the New Nork Times' investigation of his mishandling of the Michelle O'Cconnell shooting death leads to an ineluctable conclusion: Sheriff DAVID B. SHOAR will retire in 2014.
Today, a month late, Sheriff DAVID SHOAR inveighed inept pejoratives at the Times and experts.
God forgive this SHERIFF SHOAR.
SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR has not a legal or factual leg to stand on.
SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR is guilty, guilty, guilty.
SHERIFF SHOAR said he should have been at the scene of the September 2, 2010 shooting.
Sorry, SHERIFF SHOAR, you should have recused yourself, immediately, ab initio.

Well, well... the mendacious mealy mouth of the business community finally takes its long awaited stand with an unapologetic and very liberal application of lipstick on the super pig know as David Shoar. Oink! Oink! Oink!
Most noteworthy about the Saint Augustine Wreckit propaganda about David Shhhhhoar — who functions as surrogate puppet muscle for the confiscatory gangster business community — is not the transparently slanted baloneyspeak and the lies of omission; most noteworthy is that the Saint John’s County gangster business community has now decided they too will openly stonewall the resident community with phony baloney by defending a murder cover up (yes my opinion, shared by many).
The knowing and willful arrogance is now clearly on the table... the same people that want you to patronize their commons confiscated little downtown Dinkeyland, shop their stores, and buy their overpriced cheap Chinese junk products, are now clearly saying “Screw you and yours!” we are going to stand by our gangster muscle.
Make no mistake about it, this is the gangster business community’s way of defending and supporting its past collusion with its former SAPD chief.

In the process of all of the above the city has been turned into a tacky and soulless shop worn mall where the residents have lost; their rule of law, their freedom, their community center, their playgrounds, their street parking, their mooring fields, their right to the "quiet enjoyment" of their property, their clean healthful air, their once joyous social fabric, their community spirit, etc., and all the while they have been subjected to the unbridled machinations of a co-opted and mean spirited bully police force which in effect functions as a low cost and surly mall security force for the benefit of the <1% self anointed wealthy elite. Talk about transparent burden shifting and bogus indemnification! Sheesh!
Let me be very clear here; these rogue city officials and their knee pad wearing cops have empowered themselves through a pattern and practice of committing gross unlawful violence — all under the "color of law" — against the peaceful citizens of the community, and visitors to the community, that they pretend to serve. Legally the case is not done. There is no statute of limitations on murder and the court of public opinion is always in session. That’s the court the Saint Augustine Wreckit, with its lopsided media clout, is now so transparently appealing to. But it will not work. People will never again look at a Saint John’s County Police Cruiser without wondering if there is a murderer behind the wheel or think of the machinations of David Shhhhoar.
As to those who think we are dealing with “just a few bad apple cops” here I ask you to watch the Frontline tape that David Shhhhoar refuses to watch. That whole pre staged and carefully orchestrated event has a Jim Jones cult flavor to it, where the cops, instead of drinking cyanide-laced grape-flavored Kool-Aid to commit suicide are ingesting instead pure David Shhhhoar baloney. This suicide by baloney event should not be considered in its singularity. One must also consider the greater societal context where the corporate xtrevilist media is also pumping out cop adoring, cop forgiving, cop hero baloney at an unprecedented rate. Yes, justice commits suicide as it morphs into “Just Us!”
Meanwhile REAL crime rates are up, the rich are getting richer, the city wants to pave Len Weeks streets with gold while the sewer project in West Augustine plays second fiddle, the gangsters downtown want the residents to pay for a big fake 450 party next year designed to stuff their greedy oversize fat wallets, and retail and city workers pay checks are going down.
Which brings us back to the issue of the dire need for a resident serving newspaper and the fact that if you want positive change from this crooked government, and you want to eliminate bullying murdering cops, you are going to have to boycott them and their beneficiaries...
