Unqualified local law firm seeks to represent Anastasia Mosquito Control District of St. Johns County?

Through flummery and influence, the DOUGLAS LAW FIRM, the law firm of the son of a former Sheriff from another county, and of former St. Johns County Commissioner JEREMIAH RAY BLOCKER got a contract as counsel for the City of St. Augustine Beach, when its application missed the deadline. Now it has applied to be counsel for the problem-plagued ANASTASIA MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT OF ST. JOHNS COUNTY. On the DOUGLAS LAW FIRM's webdsite, the page on government law states: "Coming soon." Only one other applicant.
