ANOTHER REPUBLICAN SEX SCANDAL -- LIONEL S. "SKEETER" KEY IN WORKPLACE SEX SCANDAL AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Outstanding work! St. Augustine Record Editor Peter Ellis did an outstanding job of cross-examining LIONEL S. "SKEETER" KEY about an affair with an employee.

Peter Ellis asked KEY about why he left the employment of the St. Johns County School Board. Watch the video on the Record's website. Peter Ellis would have made an excellent trial lawyer -- he follows up when "SKEETER" KEY engages in flummery.

During the interview, School Board candidate LIONEL S. "SKEETER" KEY invoked the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which states:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless he or she is on presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Wow!

We expect to see more public officials invoking the Fifth Amendment in coming weeks.

The FBI is very much interested in our local governments and presumably will be interested in knowing about our "Fifth Amendment candidate," who since 2007 has encumbered a director's position at FLAGLER COLLEGE, whose Chancellor is our Republican State Representative WILLIAM L. PROCTOR. http://www.flagler.edu/page2.aspx?id=2041

What of family values? In this right-wing dysfunctional dystopia, the only value is hypocrisy. Here's what FLAGLER COLLEGE says about its "Fifth Amendment candidate":
Mr. Skeeter Key is the Director of Academic Advising and Student Retention. He assists students in choosing their schedules and is the Advisor to all students with undecided majors. He works closely with students in establishing academic success plans. Mr. Key also works with any students considering withdrawal from Flagler College. He and his wife, a St. Augustine High School teacher, have been married 27 years and have a son and daughter-in-law in North Carolina and a daughter in New York.

FLAGLER COLLEGE Chancellor and controversial State Representative WILLIAM L. PROCTOR had hoped his little 'ole FLAGLER COLLEGE right-wing Republican political machine would expand on NOvember 4th by having another FLAGLER COLLEGE employee on the School Board (WILLIAM MIGNON is supervisor of Flagler College education interns).

Now it is apparent that PROCTOR's machine is crumbling, teetering like the Berlin Wall was some 19 years ago.
