Maybe the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Can Learn Something from EPA's Fining Puerto Rico Over Pesticide Violations

EPA just fined Puerto Rico for pesticide violations.

Let the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services be next.

DACS has never done a proper environmental impact statement on mosquito control in Florida.

DACS' amazingly uincurious agents encouraged the Anastasia Mosquito Control District of St. Johns County to buy a $1.8 million no-bid helicopter. The people won, and the AMCD has obtained a full refund.

DACS dropped the ball on regulating AMCD.

DACS bears watchin'.
