AKERMAN SENTERFITT'S DANIEL GELBER profile, which listed him as both Of Counsel and a Shareholder, listed him as part of the Litigation and [Public] Policy Departments.
The Public Policy Department consists of lobbyists, right?
GELBER is a State Senator, right?
Can a legislator be a lobbyist?
There have been several state legislators with AKERMAN SENTERFITT, both lawyers and non-lawyers, associated with the Public Policy Department.
Would someone please explain it to me, as Denzel Washington's character said in the movie, Philadelphia, "like I was a six year old?"
