Mayor JOE BOLES' and ex-Mayor LEN WEEKS' former business partner in controversial no-bid 81 St. George Street commercial lease from city, Christopher Way kvells: "In a nut shell, the Record basically said in a nice way that our city doesn't need or want an outsider wind bag to be our mayor."
