CORRUPTION: 4-1 Vote Against Legal Standing Raises Questions of Bad Legal Advice, Unethical Officials

On October 27, 2014, City Commissioners voted 5-0 to find that I had legal standing to appeal the demolition of Echo House.
On June 8, 2015, City Commissioners voted 4-1 to find that I did not have legal standing to appeal the demolition of Carpenter's House, Mayor Nancy Shaver dissenting.
What's going on here?
Corruption. Two members of the Historic Architectural Review Board (JEREMY MARQUIS and Vice Chair PAUL M. WEAVER, III), former Vice Mayor DONALD W. CRICHLOW and fired former Planning and Building Director MARK ALAN KNIGHT are all part of developer DAVID BARTON CORNEAL's attack on the Dow Museum of Historic Homes, lobbying Commissioners to let him turn it into a hotel.
Kenneth Worcester Dow spent some 61 years buying and fixing up an entire city block of homes.
The DAYTONA MUSEUM OF ARTS AND SCIENCES (MOAS) may have gulled, cullied, diddled and hornswoggled Mr. Dow, a rich Gay man, into turning the Museum of Historic Homes -- built from 1790 to 1910 -- over to DAYTONA MOAS based upon false pretenses, along with his art, antiques and curios, gathered from all over the world. Mr. Dow died May 24, 2002, believing his treasured homes would be preserved forever.
The DAYTONA MUSEUM proceeded to do very little to make the Museum of Historic Homes work as a tourist spot. It then sold the entire block of homes to a speculator, DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, a millionaire lawyer from State College, Pennsylvania.
FBI agents need to interview MOAS executives, former Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR., current Commissioners TODD NEVILLE, LEANNA FREEMAN, ROXANNE HORVATH and NANCY SIKES-KLINE, former Vice Mayor DONALD W. CRICHLOW, fired former City Planning and Building Director MARK ALAN KNIGHT and JEREMY MARQUIS and Vice Chair PAUL M. WEAVER, III. WEAVER bragged to CORNEAL about convincing nuns to support the project, with CORNEAL stating "you could sell ice cubes to eskimos."
Already, MARQUIS has resigned from HARB. St. Augustine Record Director of Audience/Editor KATHY NELSON -- perpetrator of many propaganda stories in the Record -- resigned yesterday.
The FBI Corruption Task Force is investigating our Sheriff, DAVID BERNARD SHOAR f/k/a "HOAR."
The FBI Corruption Task Force needs to investigate DAYTONA MOAS, DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, et al. and the attempted privatization of a museum into a hotel during St. Augustine's 450th anniversary.
This is a stench in the nostrils of the Nation.
At the end of the meeting, Commissioner NANCY SIKES-KLINE compounded possible felonies by asking, during Commissioner comments, that Mayor Nancy Shaver stop allowing public comment speakers to criticize staff members.
This invited violations of the First Amendment, chilling and coercing protected activity.
Enough corruption.
Enough lawbreaking.
