JOE MULLINS, RIGHT-WING POLITICIAN, PROMOTES AD BOYCOTT OF ONLINE NEWSPAPER, VIOLATES ANTITRUST LAWS, FIRST AMENDMENT?

Flagler County Commissioner JOSEPH F. MULLINS (R-Ga.) is demanding on Facebook that other local businessmen mount an advertising boycott of FlaglerLive, an online publication in Flagler County run by Pierre Tristan.

This is not the first time that MULLINS has retaliated for exercise of God-given First Amendment rights or used his power as a petty Tinpot Napoleon to harass citizens who disagree with Hizzoner.

Acting under color of law, he could be sued for civil rights and antitrust violations.

(MULLINS has sent me numerous abusive messages since I learned of his use of a Bunnell address to run for Flagler County Commission.  Water use records establish MULLINS is rarely there.)

I've reported MULLINS to federal law enforcement for his repeated invitations to collude.

Here's Commissioner MULLINS' anti-competitive post from Saturday, April 25, 2020:

Fake Flagler Live is the real virus our county is facing. Just this week alone many of his stories have been spun with untruths and twisted versions. Why would anyone want to advertise with this muck raker or shop with anyone that does. We stood up today and got our beaches back. Now let’s get our business back open.. And end the chaos he is causing. Please share!
