Looking forward to meeting with SJC BoCC Vice Chair Clay Murphy on Flawed County Attorney Hiring Process

May 3, 2025:  In seeking the job of St. Johns County Attorney for his law firm, lawyer RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO publicly stated that he had never represented a developer.  The law firm is BRADLEY, GARRISON & KOMANDO, P.A.  Now it can be told: his law firm, which is now our County Attorney, is headed by a registered lobbyist for FOUNTAINEBLEAU DEVELOPMENT.   KOMANDO did not mention that fact, and omitted it. Commissioners did not ask questions and demand answers.

Is County Attorney RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO "a double-minded man, unstable in all of his ways"?  (James 1:8)(Bible quote shared with me in 1995 by my late friend, mentor and heroic environmental whistleblower client, EPA Senior Special Agent Robert E. Tyndall).  You tell me.

I have requested a meeting with St. Johns County Commission Vice Chair Clay Murphy.  Commissioner Murphy sent me a text message stating that he would negotiate with RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO for KOMANDO's contract as County Attorney.  No negotiation ever occurred.  No documents exist reflecting any research by Commmission Vice Chair Murphy before the planned putative contract negotiations.

Flawed because you didn't like the candidate and the democratic process... therefore you'll split hairs, spin narratives, and tell tall tales. You aren't involved in the decision for that very reason.

I don't like one-party rule, brought to you by ETM and its commercial allies. What is the relationship between ETM and SJC? Is "Pete" related to ETM's owners? Is "Pete" a lawyer?

My late mentor, Anderson County Commissioner, DA"s Criminal Investigator and Appalachian Observer Publisher Ernest F. Phillips explained it to me. (His daughter later became Anderson County Mayor). So did my late friend, mentor and client, EPA Office of Inspector General Senior Special Agent Rober E. Tyndall, who helped establish the landmark precedent in Robert E. Tyndall v. EPA Inspector General Robert C. Martin, et al.

Engineering companies have lost of political power. How many employees does ETM have? How many work for developers AND St. Johns County? What organizational conflicts of interest exist?

Thanks to former St. Johns County Attorney Attorney, former Naval officer Patrick Francis McCormick, for sharing with me the correct origin from the Roman satirist Juvenal, " "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?"

SJC hired by 3-2 vote the corporate law firm of former Florida Senator BRADLEY (current SJFWMD Chair) and current Florida House Senator GARRISON, whose wife is now a State Senaror as our St. Johns County Attorney. Why? No negotiation occurred. BRADLEY, GARRISON & KOMANDO, P.A., top partner, ex-Senator ROBERT MILNER BRADLEY, Jr. is a registered lobbyist for a large multinational corporate developer seeking approval for casinos in Miami Beach, FOUNTAINBLBLEAU DEVELOPMENT.

None of the above if you don't have actual proof or evidence for any of the above. That's the answer to that. Should be sued for defamation and violation of the rights of others.. encouraging rights violations.
