I asked Commissioners for referral to an Administrative Law Judge.
Dismissed without investigation, without interview, without explanation, same day.

1. Failure to respond promptly and properly to my Open Records requests since 2024 re: RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO and County Attorney office, including failure to perform proper searches.

9. Several law firms would have applied if ad stated that firms could apply, including Ralf Brookes, who is Board Certified in City, County, Local Government Law by The Florida Bar
10. The April 15, 2025 was unseemly, unethical, unconstitutional and illegal,,
11. Please reverse the illegal, unconstitutional April 15, 2025 hiring decision by SJC BoCC.
12. SJC BoCC: Please move to reconsider and kindly declare the permanent County Attorney position to be vacant and declare KOMANDO's hiring to be ultra vires.
13. Please re-advertise the County Attorney position to clarify that law firms may apply.
14. Please disclose a list of every single one of KOMANDO's corporate clients and those of his secretive corporate law firm, BRADLEY, GARRISON & KOMANDO, P.A.,,co-owned by Florida politicians, including Florida House Speaker-designate SAMUEL PAUL GARRISON.

"Subtle corruption of government is the conspiracy theory narrative to whip up support for some cause...but without actual proof and evidence... that's only gonna discredit the source and undermine the cause. Just no insight happening here.
