County officials should complete their investigation into suspended St. Augustine Amphitheatre General Manager Ryan Dettra by late next week, Public Affairs Specialist Karen Pan said Wednesday.
Dettra has been on paid administrative leave since June 11, but the causes behind his leave have not been released.
Pan said Dettra's future with the county will be determined upon completion of the investigation.
The 31-year-old Dettra sent an e-mail to county employees June 8 criticizing County Administrator Michael Wanchick and financial issues regarding the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, but the county would not comment if the e-mail is related to his suspension.
As a result of the e-mail, Wanchick called for county-run investigation and an independent investigation into Dettra's allegations.
Officials expect both of those reviews, one being conducted by the Clerk of Court's Fraud, Abuse and Waste Unit and the other by the county, to be completed within two weeks, Pan said.
