Why does baloney reject the grinder?

More than seven months ago, two local activists scheduled a meeting to see SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR about the hate webites operated by his henchman, MICHAEL GOLD.

SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR's assistant called back to cancel the meeting, based upon some unstated scheduling problem. The meeting was never rescheduled. In the inimitable words of the late WILLIAM F. BUCKLEY, JR., "why does baloney reject the grinder?"

Racist, sexist, misogynist, anti-Gay hate websites operated under color of law? Abusing Sheriff's Department and St. Augustine Police Department information, personnel and resources? Intimidation of witnesses? Abuse of police powers?
Distribution of hateful t-shirts encouraging violence against anti-war activists?

Threatening activists? Plotting to overthrow our elected democratic government? Demanding the County Administrator take control, in violation of our constitution?

We need at least one federal judge like the late John Sirica during Watergate to take the bull by the horns and question SHERIFF SHOAR and GEORGE McCLURE about their abuses of power.

Attend the federal court hearing on January 28, 2010 and see if we get to watch and listen as controversial St. Johns County SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR (and developer mouthpiece GEORGE McCLURE) testify about their June 11, 2008 taped conversation.

What did SHOAR and McCLURE know and when did they know it?
