What do the WHETSTONES know about MICHAEL GOLD f/k/a "MICHAEL TOBIN" and his hate websites (plazabum.com and shamefulpeople.com) and when did they know it? GOLD formerly gave 1725 Lakeside Avenue as his business address-- that is a storage facility owned by the WHETSTONES.
Are the WHETSTONES giving significant encouragement, directly or indirectly, to hate speech, hate crimes and civil rights violations? Do the WHETSTONES approve of the vile obscenity, indecency, racism, misogyny, sexism, homophobia, anti-Gay, anti-progressive and hate-the-homeless bile on plazabum.com and shamefulpeople.com? Do the WHETSTONEs and BRUCE MAGUIRE share GOLD's views?

Here are the condo regulations in question:
10.6 Nuisances No nuisance shall be allowed on the Condominium Property, nor shall any use or practice which is a source of annoyance to Owners or which interferes with the peaceful possession and use of the Condominium Property be permitted. .... No Owner shall permit any use of his Unit or of the Common Elements which will increase the rate of insurance on the Condominium Property. Nothing shall be done or kept in any Unit or on or about the Common Elements which will increase the rate of, or result in cancellation of, insurance for the Condominium or any other Unit, or contents thereof, without the prior written consent of the Association....
10.7 Lawful Use. The Condominium Property may not be used for any immoral, improper, offensive or unlawful use. All applicable laws, zoning ordinances, and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction over the Condominium Property shall be observed.
Cyberstalking may constitute a crime and it is a noisome nuisance -- it should not be tolerated by other WHETSTONE place condo owners, or the WHETSTONES.
